Just a little update.
I'm home in Kamloops now. Life is good. Lots of camping and summer fun.
Next stop is.... New York, New York. I know it's crazy and it seems like I travel all the time but I don't. I just had the money put aside to take the yoga therapy certification program that I wanted and I thought "what am I waiting for? do it now, before I slowly fritter the money away on other things. No time like the present, yadda, yadda".
So I fly to New York to go to Kripalu which is in Massachusettes actually. The training is one month intensive and residential and then I will be a certified yoga therapist. Tadaah!! Very pleased.
I will spend one day in New York City for requisite sightseeing and then hop a bus to the Kripalu Centre. Never thought I would go to New York.
I fly August 21, one month tomorrow.
