so Baaaaaad. Playing hooky from class tonight. So bad. Its just... i was on my way, i was walking down the street to get a rickshaw down to the class and i'm thinking..."you know, it is just one of those evenings you want to get in bed and watch a bollywood movie". Plus I had such a late lunch and then a snack with my mom, so my stomach is full, and in Usha's class... that is almost dangerous, since her class is so demanding physically. You might pop. So i decided to play hooky, just for tonight. and rest and chill... and watch a bollywood movie. (i am so hooked! i never used to get it, and now i'm all about them, so silly). like i said... just became another 12% Indian there. day by day, more and more.
the other day i broke down and bought an actual dupatta, which is one of those traditional scarves. Usually I am wearing another type of scarf, a heavier one, like a paschmina, which just the foreigners seem to wear, but finally i broke down and bought an indian style one. my style sensibilities are slowly changing.
